By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, such as a business or school, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

4. AI-generated content and evaluations
- AI outputs, including generated videos, posters, text and marks or evaluations, can contain errors or be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use, publish or rely on them. For answer-sheet evaluation, a qualified teacher or the school remains responsible for final marks and any decision based on them.
- Outputs may not be unique; similar outputs may be generated for others.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload or provide to the Services (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content, and to send it to our service providers, only as needed to operate and provide the Services to you.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content, including any consents required for people who appear in it, and for student information that you upload.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;

- create misleading deepfakes or impersonate any person or organisation without their permission;
- upload malware, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Services without our written permission; or
- violate the rules of any third-party platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and Instagram policies.
7. Third-party accounts and services
Some features let you connect third-party accounts, such as Facebook and Instagram. You authorise us to access and act on those accounts only within the permissions you grant, to provide the features you request. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the content you publish through them. You can disconnect at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services, or for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by them.
